Tonn and Blank was recently awarded a prestigious Governor's Half Century Award by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation for outstanding contributions to the economic growth and prosperity of the state.
Only companies that have been in business a minimum of 50 years and have a solid track record of community service are eligible for the Governor's Half Century Award. Tonn and Blank has been recognized for its long-term achievements in both business practice and investments to the Indiana communities it serves.
Last year, Tonn and Blank's contributions in both financial and labor donations went out to 40 different civic, social, and community-based organizations in Northwest and Central Indiana, touching countless lives and enhancing an overall quality of living. Tonn and Blank was nominated by The Michigan City Economic Development Corporation. The award will be presented by Governor Mitchell E. Daniels, at the Statehouse Rotunda on November 4th.
