Tonn and Blank’s success is built from the ground up by the dedication and skill of our field teams. They show up every day, work safely, solve problems in real time, and take pride in delivering quality work. Simply put, none of what we do would be possible without them.

This year, we are proud to introduce a new tradition: the Craftsperson of the Year Award. This award was created to recognize individuals who truly embody the values that define our company—safety excellence, quality craftsmanship, reliability, teamwork and leadership, initiative, problem-solving, and professionalism.

All nominations were submitted by our superintendents and managers, and the depth of qualified candidates spoke volumes about the strength of our field teams. While only two individuals could be selected, this award represents the high standard our crews bring to every project.

We are honored to announce the recipients of the 2025 Craftsperson of the Year Award:

Jason and Chad exemplify what it means to lead by example in the field. They have earned the respect of their peers and consistently demonstrate the pride, accountability, and craftsmanship that reflect the very best of Tonn and Blank.
