The inaugural prefabricated Family Express store is currently under construction in Ligonier, Indiana, utilizing prefabricated masonry components to expedite the building process.

This innovative approach enables the assembly of approximately 7,200-square-foot structures, complete with full kitchens and car washes, within a matter of days. By mitigating weather-related delays common in the Midwest, this method supports Family Express’s ambitious plan to develop multiple new-to-industry stores across Indiana, aiming for a $100 million expansion.

We’re leveraging our off-site construction methods to accelerate timelines, increase efficiency, and bring these high-performance facilities to life with speed-to-market precision. That means faster openings, better quality control, and fewer weather delays.

The new prototype features upscale masonry materials ands, delivering a contemporary aesthetic that aligns with Family Express’s commitment to quality and customer experience.

At Store #87 in Ligonier, we’re handling everything from sitework and underground utilities to full vertical construction — with special features like: Snowmelt systems at the carwash, factory-finished architectural panels, FRP wall and ceiling finishes, INDOT roadway work and traffic control and a full fuel canopy system.
